Funnily enough I showed my mum this little card and she didn't comment on the colour scheme!
So, why a blue and green card I hear you ask....it's the theme over at Cupcake Craft Challenge blog this week! Check out all the gorgeous DT cards by popping over to their blog!
This is slightly different to my normal cards as I've used a scrapbook software programme to design it. Its new software that I've bought and I'm only just learning all the brilliant things I can do with it, so I thought I'd have a dabble and see what I could create. For this card I've used a green background, and put a strip of light blue across the bottom. I've used three light blue circles, two of which have images in and one has the sentiment. I've then used the blue glitter glue "brush" to add the strip across the middle (not as good as the real thing!). Finally to make it look more handmade I printed the two images out again and attached them to the front using 3D sticky pads.
I'm quite pleased with how the card turned out. However, I don't think this will replace all my traditional card making techniques because its not as fun to do....but I can see the appeal!
Right, work is calling, I better get going! Hope you all have a fab day!
Thanks for stopping by,
Wedgie xxx

I would never have realised this was a digi card Wedgie...it's brilliant the things you can do with certain software especially the blue glittery strip! A really festive Christmas card and a great way to produce them if you have lots of them to send! Well done on winning one of the prizes at Cupcake and thanks for joining with our challenge this week :) Donna x
Hi Wedgie! I love your 'digi' interpretation of my blue & green theme! However, like Donna, I didn't realise it was digi until I read how you did it! Thanks for joining us at Cupcake this week! Shelly ;)
Hi Wedgie. Wow, this is a digi card?! Loving how you've used our blue and green colour combo. Thanks so much for playing at Cupcake this week and congratulations on winning candy last week. xx
