I've had a lovely day, my friend Sheree came for lunch. We had mini homemade quiches and raspberry cupcakes - yummy! I then took her around two of my local antique shops, one was a lovely old barn full of fine antiques, the other is an amazing, rambling house filled to the rafters with fab antiques! We had a brilliant afternoon!
I still made some time for some crafting though! I haven't made as many cards as I thought I would now that I'm settled in! Weird! This card was designed for the Secret Crafter Saturday Challenge where the theme this week is "numbers".
I wanted to create a pretty card, perfect for a granny. So I opted for soft pinks and blues with some lovely flowers and a little glitter!
I'd also like to enter this in the "anything goes" challenge over at Allsorts this week.
Right, I better get going...its Sunday evening and I have one more week of work left before I have a week off....and I can't wait! I'm really looking forward to seven wonderful days of pottering!
Thanks for popping by today,
Wedgie xxx
