Spring is in the air....

...well maybe not today....not sure about you, but the weather today in Aldershot has been on the grey and damp side!

I hope you've had a lovely Easter weekend, whatever you've been up to. Mine has sped by...I've fitted so much in and I can't believe its time for work again tomorrow! Never mind....its only a four day week...and then I have a week off! Woo hoo!

Anyway, the theme for this weeks challenge over at Cupcake Craft Challenge this week is "spring is in the air" so I ignored the weather outside my window and came up with this sweet creation....

I've used a selection of plain and flowery backing papers, along with a pretty white border stamped by my Martha Stewart stamp. I've coloured my image using my Promarkers.

As well as the Easter afternoon tea that I made for mum and my sister I've also been in the kitchen baking a birthday cake for my boyfriend's brother-in-laws Birthday! He is a keen meat eater and so we decided he might like a cow cake for his Birthday....I think this was probably a bit too cute for a 33 year old man....but I was really pleased with it!!
